Tongass National Forest!

With nearly 17 million acres in size, this is the largest National Forest in USA and the largest contiguous temperate rainforest in the world. It is a public treasure and a land of beauty, of mystery and of untold natural riches (like fish, timber. minerals and a host of other resources). Each year 900,000 visitors travel the Tongass aboard cruise ships, airlines and ferries. 75000 Alaskans call this area their home.

Any parallel in Indian sub-continent?
