Cruise Capital

The Sea Port of Miami (in U.S.A) desrves to be called the Cruise Capital of the world with more than four million (40 lakhs) passengers in transit each year. Miami is the HQrs. for three of the world's largest cruise lines. Several millions of dollars have been invested in upgrading the terminals. In a recently conducted customer service survey more than 90 per cent of passengers have rated the services at the port of Miami as 'good' or 'very good'.
